Lily Lanier (she/her) comes to the State Revenue Alliance from the Fair Share for Massachusetts campaign, where she served as Field Director, helping to pass a constitutional amendment to create an additional tax on annual incomes over $1 million to fund transportation and public education. Prior to working at Fair Share, Lily spent seven years leading legislative, electoral, and member organizing efforts at state-based reproductive health advocacy organizations in Washington State and Massachusetts. It was during her time at Pro-Choice Washington that Lily started in revenue work, as the organization advocated that advancing tax justice was essential to expanding abortion access and health equity for Washington residents. Lily got her start organizing at Massachusetts Jobs with Justice where she focused on workers’ rights campaigns. Lillian lives in Boston, MA.
