State Revenue Alliance gives on-the-ground advocates the strategic resources they need to build intersectional, people-powered campaigns that transform revenue policy – ensuring our states fully fund communities and that corporations and the ultra rich pay what they owe.
Our Work
Our “by the states, for the states” model provides campaign resources, strategy and peer learning to state-based grassroots partners, policy advocates, and labor organizations to help them build winning coalitions that change revenue policy and help build a more just and equitable society.
State Revenue Alliance is a network of state-based community, labor, and policy advocates from across the country, supported by our staff, and guided by our Advisory Council.

Our Partnerships
The State Revenue Alliance is a project hosted by the State Power Fund, allowing 501c3 and 501c4 contributions that is governed and led by state-based leadership. We believe that investments in state work must be multi-year, and include electoral operations as well as state legislative policy. Passing and implementing policy outcomes are our primary measure of success.
